The Wrentham Housing Authority is a State-aided Public Housing Agency, which has been providing housing for low-income elderly and persons with disabilities.
It is the mission of the Wrentham Housing Authority to be committed to working with community, state and local officials to provide decent, safe and affordable housing for the people of Wrentham with dignity and respect.
The Wrentham Housing Authority is subsidized by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Income limits are set at 80% of the area median income. Tenants pay 30% of their income for rent if utilities are included in the rent or 27% of their income if the tenant pays for some of their utilities.
